STEP 1: FUEL UP
You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend you power-up with plenty of water and a light snack. Bring your water bottle, we have cold, filtered water at the studio for you to fill it up.
STEP 4: JUMP ON
Our friendly staff will assist to adjust your bike for maximum comfort and body alignment, and demonstrate resistance and emergency stop knobs, as well as how to clip in and out of the bike pedals.

STEP 2: SIGN IN
There will be a Sign-In Kiosk at the front desk. Simply enter your login, and click Confirm, or let the front desk staff know your name and they will check you in. And if you’re under 18, you’ll need a waiver signed for you by a parent in person.
STEP 5: GET MOVING
Follow your Rockit Instructor’s lead and let the music carry you through the ride. The lights are low, and you’re safely clipped into the bike, so we encourage you to have fun and let it all go. You’ll never be judged — this is YOUR time.
STEP 3: GEAR UP
Arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride. Grab a pair of complimentary cycling shoes and head to our Ride Room. If it’s your first time, we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to your Rockit Instructor.
STEP 6: GET CONNECTED
Rockit Ride is also about community, and connection with others. We know this is difficult at a time like this, but—with safe distancing—we can still make a friend or two.
