How long are your classes?
Most of our classes are 45 minutes long, with the occasional 60-min class format. Programming may include a hand-weight segment, and end with a cool down/stretch track. All classes will start on time, so please arrive early with ample time to adjust your bike, fill your water bottle, and prepare your mind and body.
How do I pick my own bike? Can I ride next to a friend?
Like booking an airplane ticket, when you book a Rockit Ride class you’ll be prompted to reserve any open bike you prefer. Just ask your friend what bike number they booked so you can select one closest to them.
What else do I need to bring?
We provide keyless lockers, water refill, and complimentary cycling shoes & athletic towel. Only thing you need to bring is a water bottle, socks, and fitness attire.
I’m new to indoor cycling. Do you have a beginner class?
The beauty of Rockit Ride is that it’s open to all ages and fitness levels. This is YOUR ride. Our highly trained Coaches will ensure that you ride with proper form and technique, and will suggest various modifications throughout the ride.

How early can I check in?
If it’s your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class. This allows us to properly fit your cycling shoes and bike, and give you a few safety and technique tips before start of class.
Please note that starting 5 minutes before class, riders are free to change bikes should there be any openings.
Do I need my own cycling shoes?
We are happy to provide complimentary cycling shoes for every class. If this is your first time clipping in, our friendly staff will be happy to assist. If you prefer to bring your own cycling shoes, Rockit Ride bikes are Look Delta and SPD compatible.
Why do we need cycling shoes?
Cycling shoes prevent injuries by physically clipping you into the bike. This is much safer than standard pedals, or even shoe cages, when you’re riding “out of the saddle.”
Cycling shoes also help to engage more muscle groups by allowing you to pull up on the pedal, resulting in “round” pedal strokes and constant tension. But don’t worry, Form & Technique is a mantra at Rockit Ride, and your instructor will regularly go over these in class.
I have previous injuries. Is this safe?
If you have any injuries, be sure to notify your Rockit Instructor before class. They’ll give you some pointers on how to make the most of your ride. Indoor cycling, however, is one of the best low-impact, and highly effective workouts out there! Our rides offer a full-body and rigorous cardio experience, so make sure you listen to your body during class.
